About the Journal

The Constitutional Centre Review is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by The Constitutional Centre Press. It publishes original research in constitutional theory, comparative constitutional law, democracy and judicial review, and rights and institutional design.

The journal welcomes theoretical, doctrinal, empirical and comparative work, from established scholars and early-career researchers alike. Articles are published in English.

Peer review

Every manuscript that passes the initial editorial screening is sent to at least two external reviewers under a double-blind process: authors and reviewers do not know each other's identity.

Open access

All content is freely available immediately upon publication, with no charge to readers or their institutions.

Publication frequency
